They meant largest asking price for a 3,000 square foot home. That is a huge price for a regular looking home, what's the catch?

Is this home in Seekonk? Palmer River Rd? Admittedly, I don't know every street in Seekonk. But I am not familiar with this one.

HaHa, Palmer River Road is in Swansea NOT Seekonk. If that's the biggest house in Swansea I would be shocked. It's also ridiculously overpriced for this area.
